2. Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Sale or promotion items may be non-refundable; any exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
