Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and destination

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be indicated on the website.

Order Tracking:

  • All orders include tracking information. You can track your package directly via the courier service.

Delivery Issues:

  • House of Ruthee is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

2. Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale or promotion items may be non-refundable; any exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@houseofruthee.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization for your shipment.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • House of Ruthee will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
